Services, and the Intelligence Community

Cyber

KASTELLUM’s cyber professionals work at the leading edge of national security Cyberspace Operations. They support government requirements for offensive and defensive cyberspace operations (OCO/DCO), cybersecurity, cyber policy and plans development, threat and technical analysis, cyber engagement, and cyber training & exercises. Our cyber experts are located at critical sites across Combatant Command and Service Component Intelligence, Operations, and Plans & Policy Directorates, and supporting commanders’ senior staff. We were founding members of two Combatant Command Joint Cyber Centers, and have been on the leading edge of cyber support to military and information operations.

Intelligence

KASTELLUM’s intelligence professionals provide expert data and analysis to meet critical government information and decision requirements; at the tactical, operational, and long-term strategic levels. They perform across all the “INTs,” especially focused on all-source, signals, target, cyber, WMD, space, and military forces analysis, collection management, functional intelligence plan development, assessments, and training & exercises. KASTELLUM’s intelligence personnel are trusted enablers and advisors at Combatant Command J2 Directorates and Joint Intelligence Operations Centers, Service Component Intelligence Directorates, and Agencies.

Information Operations

KASTELLUM’s Information Operations (IO) professionals support broad IO requirements on two fronts: 1) IO analysis, plans development, reach-back, and mission execution in support of joint commanders and deployed forces. 2) Formalized IO training and exercise support to meet Army and Joint pre-deployment requirements, including: formal IO classroom training, mission rehearsal exercise role playing, wargaming, red teaming, and open-source and social media analysis training. In addition, we conduct intelligence analysis in support of IO, and plan and execute cyber-enabled IO missions. Our IO professionals excel at all facets of IO and directly increase operational effectiveness & strategic readiness for our forces.

Training and Education

KASTELLUM’s intelligence, cyber, information operations, and strategic planning professionals develop, formalize, and instruct comprehensive classroom and mobile training courses and readiness exercises for Service, Joint, and deploying personnel. Curriculum development, classroom instruction, role playing, wargaming, major exercises, table-top-exercises, and red teaming are all areas where we excel, and which directly increase operational effectiveness & strategic readiness for our forces.

Project and Program Management

KASTELLUM’s project and program managers, site leads, and task leads oversee a broad scope of multi-functional portfolio requirements within our company and on-task supporting mission and contractual requirements. From management of our corporate operations, to leadership of our contract/command teams, to guiding specific mission, planning, or analytic projects, our skilled and experienced managers/leads are selected and strategically placed to maximize their decades of management and task-sepcific experience and expertise to help our clients and partners achieve mission success.

Policy, Strategy, and Planning

KASTELLUM’s strategic plans & policy personnel are mature professionals with extensive joint planning education and qualifications, and decades of formal policy, strategy, and plans development experience at the operational, theater-strategic and national levels. We have and will continue to support policy, strategy, plans, and orders development for named operations, global and theater campaign plans, joint planning groups, operational planning teams, international and partner engagements, and other contingency requirements. We provide expertise and experience to help our clients achieve their strategic and policy goals.
